Many commercial buildings require movers to carry a certificate of insurance naming the property management as an additional insured. We provide a COI on request at no extra charge. Share your building's requirements when you book and we will have the paperwork ready before move day.
Commercial buildings often require advance booking for freight elevators and loading docks. Reserve your window as soon as your move date is confirmed — popular dates, especially month-end, fill quickly. Let us know the reserved window and we will schedule the crew to arrive in time to start the moment access opens.
A clear labeling system is the fastest path to a functional new office on day one. We work from a room plan you provide — or help you build one — so every desk, file cabinet, and piece of equipment goes directly to its destination without a second move inside the building.
