For the health of you and our veteran teams, we’ve put some additional measures in place to make sure that our operations stay as safe and clean as possible:
High touch surfaces on the inside and outside of our trucks (steering wheels, hoses, dollies, equipment, etc) are being cleaned with disinfectant wipes at the beginning and end of each shift.
In addition to wearing gloves when possible, all of our teams have an adequate supply of hand sanitizer and sterile wipes to use at their disposal.
Any employee that comes in close contact with or receives a positive, or presumptive positive test, for COVID-19 will be asked to follow the Center for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines and stay home (we have not had any employees come in contact or test positive for the virus)
Veterans Moving America is currently running as scheduled. As the situation around COVID-19 evolves, we will update our plans and share information with you. If the CDC or other health organizations recommend further action, we will follow accordingly and let you know immediately.
Two things to note:
If you anticipate any changes to your move schedule, please let us know and we are happy to help set a new time for mission pending our availability. You can notify us by emailing email@example.com or calling us at (817) 989-6362.
If you or anyone you have been in contact with have exhibited any flu-like symptoms in the past few weeks, please contact us immediately so that we can discuss our options.
Please feel free to contact our office with any other questions or concerns. On behalf of the entire VMA Family, thank you for your continued support and for allowing your veterans to serve you again.”
